1) Be sure that the Resource that you are suggesting is not already in the List of Resources.
2) Enter information about the Resource in the fields below. Please include a Title, Publisher (or source), and the Author if available. If the Resource is published by ODE please check the "Published by the Ohio Department of Education" checkbox.
3) Choose a Subject (Multiple Subjects may be selected by Control-Clicking each of the Subjects).
4) Select a Format that best describes the Resource.
5) Include a Link for Web sites, or wherever an address is provided.
6) Please provide a brief description of the Resource. You may include notes about how you have used the Resource or comments/questions about Subject or Format.
7) Include your Name and Email or Phone number in case we need a clarification of the information that you have submitted.
8) Click "ADD RECORD" to complete the process.

All submissions will be reviewed by site staff before posting.
